Crystal Yang

Crystal Yang has a diverse work experience, starting from 2014. Crystal worked at Unified Government of Kansas City, Kansas and Wyandotte County from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they held positions such as IT Project Manager, SharePoint Coordinator, and Information Systems Analyst in various departments. In 2018, they joined Commerce Bank, where they worked as a Business Line Project Manger, Project Manager II, Senior Project Manager, and currently as a Team Lead, Project Management and Systems. In their current role, they oversee a team of project managers, manages critical projects, and contributes to the success of the Strategic Services Project Management Office.

Crystal Yang has a diverse education history. Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Studies from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, they have a Master of Project Management (MPM) degree in Project Management from the same institution.

Prior to their master's degrees, Crystal obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from DeVry University. Crystal'smajor was Computer Science, with a focus on Systems Integration. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Crystal also completed an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Kansas City Kansas Community College.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Crystal has obtained multiple certifications. Crystal is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, which they obtained from Prosci in March 2023. Crystal also holds the Project + (Plus) certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in November 2017.
