Lucas Faron

Lucas Faron has worked at Commerce Bank since 2014, starting as a Personal Banker II and then moving on to a role as Fixed Income Sales - VP. In their position as a Fixed Income Sales - VP, Lucas provides institutional and individual clients with solutions for their fixed income needs, with a focus on maximizing the risk-reward profile of their investment portfolio. Lucas also offers guidance in developing portfolio strategies, evaluating investment alternatives, and implementing strategic plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals. Lucas then transitioned to a role at Commerce Brokerage in 2015, where they worked in Brokerage Operations until July 2016.

Lucas Faron has pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2011 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Lindenwood University. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance, also from Lindenwood University. Continuing their educational journey, Lucas attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2021 to 2023, where they completed a Graduate Degree in Banking. Currently, from 2021 to 2024, they are enrolled in the Wisconsin School of Business and is working towards a Certificate of Executive Leadership, focusing on the field of Executive Leadership.
