Oscar Pineda-Madrid

Oscar Pineda-Madrid has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2000, they worked for Western Union as a Quality Assurance Technician and then as a Customer Service Representative. In 2008, they joined Scottrade, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Senior Product Analyst, Shared Services Product Supervisor, and eventually Digital Innovation Manager, leading new product development and the implementation of beta features on Scottrade's Launching Pad website. In 2016, they moved to Mastercard as Director of Product Innovation, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to lead design sprints and create prototypes. From 2017 to 2021, Oscar worked at TD Ameritrade as Co-Founder and Commercial Lead of Nimbly, a Discotech startup, and later as Director of Advanced Technology, leading an innovation team and driving firm-wide innovation. Currently, they are Vice President and Digital Strategy Leader for Growth & Innovation at Commerce Bank, where they utilize their expertise in digital strategy.

Oscar Pineda-Madrid's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, also from Lindenwood University. Additionally, they have obtained a Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in September 2017.
