Rob Fischer

Rob Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rob began their career at Ford Credit in 1995, where they held various roles, including Department Manager, Dealer Account Manager, Dealer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Manager. During this time, they managed a department staff of 45 associates and was responsible for floor plan management, collections, repossession, credit, customer service, and title department. Rob was also selected for Ford Credit's Executive Accelerated Management Program. After leaving Ford Credit in 2005, Rob joined Bank of America as a Senior Vice President in the Equipment Finance Group. In this role, they provided financing and lease alternatives for equipment and capital expenditure requirements for companies with revenue ranging up to $100 million. Rob traveled extensively within a 7-state market and worked closely with Bank of America Relationship Managers and other team members to identify equipment financing opportunities and develop relationships with non-bank clients. In 2018, Rob joined Commerce Bank as the East Regional Sales Manager for Equipment Finance, and they are currently serving as the Managing Director of Equipment Finance Sales for the East Region.

Rob Fischer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, attending from 1994 to 1995.
