Risha Sawla has a wealth of professional experience. Risha began their career in 2008 as a Transmission Engineer at Frontline Recruitment Pvt. Ltd (Client - Bharti Airtel). In this role, they were responsible for POI Augmentation & commissioning of E1s, including maintenance of traffic records on daily & monthly basis, analysis of traffic trends & planning, applying for additional E1s, getting Transmission & Switching A/Ts completed, CDR matching, preparation of files to be submitted, traffic opening for POIs in MTNL Mumbai & BSNL Maharashtra to have % utilization of POIs between 70 % to 90 %, coordinating with MTNL & BSNL for testing purpose, and fault rectification. In 2009, they joined NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks as a NSS Engineer / Support Analyst, where they worked closely with SMEs and business users for collecting and analyzing user requirements, acted as interface between support teams and business units to analyze business needs and requirements, created PowerPoint presentations incorporating MS Office Suite, Excel, Word and Access, prepared and analyzed daily, weekly and monthly KPI dashboards for the client and senior management with detailed trend analysis, performed detailed data analysis and assisted in building business process analysis model, analyzed and investigated revenue related issues by extracting CDR data, implemented basic SQL queries for testing and report/data validation, conducted detailed data analysis, assisted and coordinated UAT, analyzed and performed root cause analysis on various defects, prepared SOPs and provided training to TSG (Technical Support Group) team members on basic troubleshooting steps to resolve customer complaints within SLA, and played an active role in completing migration of roaming (National & International LU, SMS) traffic from GMSC to STP. In 2016, they joined Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, as a Catalog Specialist. The following year, they joined Amazon as an Assistant Instock Manager. Finally, in 2018, they joined Commerce Canal as a Senior Brand Manager and Digital Advisor.

Risha Sawla received a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2004 and 2008.
