Herm Franks

Herm Franks is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. As the Executive Director of Land, Investment, and Retail at Commerce Real Estate Solutions since 1986, Franks has played a significant role in the commercial real estate landscape. Franks co-founded Consolidated Realty Group in 1986, helping it grow into one of Utah's largest commercial brokerage firms. Prior to this, Franks established the land division at Grubb & Ellis’ Salt Lake City office and has been actively engaged in acquiring, selling, and managing investment properties since 1975. Educational background includes studies at the University of Utah and the University of San Diego.
