Carmen Flores

Carmen Flores is an experienced executive in eCommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as an Executive Advisor at CommerceIQ, where involvement includes participation in the Advisory Council. Previously, Carmen held the position of Vice President, Americas eCommerce at the LEGO Group, achieving significant growth in the eCommerce profit and loss from $460 million to over $1 billion in three years. Prior roles include Head of Digital, North America eCommerce at Richemont for Montblanc, Director of US Marketing & eCommerce at L'Oréal overseeing Hair Care brands, and Director of Amazon eCommerce for L'Oréal Paris and Garnier. Carmen's career began with roles at Brickwork and in financial services at Citi and Wells Fargo. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce, Organizations & Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
