Damian Austin

Damian Austin is a seasoned executive specializing in customer success, with experience spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at CommerceIQ since April 2025, Damian previously held the position of Vice President, Customer Success at Algolia from April 2021 to April 2025, where efforts focused on scaling the global Customer Success Organization to enhance customer retention and growth. Prior experience at Alteryx from November 2010 to April 2021 included roles as Vice President, Customer Success, where Damian contributed to substantial revenue growth and global expansion, and as Sr. Director, Customer Success Management, overseeing significant renewals and team scaling. Earlier career roles at Experian and Nationwide Building Society involved data analytics and technical systems management. Damian graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2006.
