Anjali Vashisth

Anjali Vashisth has had a diverse range of work experiences. Anjali is currently working at commercetools as a Product Team Lead, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at commercetools from October 2022 to July 2023. In their role as a Product Manager, they introduced Observability in SDKs for better tracing and monitoring, helped customers migrate to the latest versions, and managed the ProductBoard with backlogs and insights.

Before joining commercetools, Anjali worked at OCBC Bank as an Assistant Vice President from March 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the Connect2OCBC (B2C) API Sandbox Portal. Anjali successfully transitioned to a higher InnoPay Ranking, increased targeted API consumption by 10%, and contributed to the overall growth of the portal.

Anjali started their career at EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer from April 2019 to March 2021. During their time there, they developed Risk Limits in the platform to automate manual work and led a cross-functional team.

Prior to EPAM Systems, Anjali worked at Kronos Incorporated as a Lead Software Engineer from December 2017 to April 2019. Anjali owned all aspects of the product, including monitoring timelines, functions, testing, architecture design, and documentation. Anjali also took the initiative to design and implement cutting-edge applications and managed project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within a limited timeline. Before becoming a Lead Software Engineer, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kronos from May 2015 to December 2017. In this role, they participated in design and coding of the application software, mentored the team, ensured compliance with best practices, and participated in sprint planning sessions.

Anjali's work experience also includes a role as a Software Developer at Dell International Services from January 2013 to May 2015. In this role, they contributed as a UX-UI innovator, delivered various tools and projects on AngularJS framework, and worked as a subject matter expert for client deliverable projects.

Anjali also holds additional certifications in Problem Solving from HackerRank, OCJP from Oracle, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
