Justus Nagel

Justus Nagel has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Dual Student/Apprenticeship Logistics Manager at Lufthansa Cargo from 2010 to 2013. Justus then worked at Bierothek GmbH as an Intern Entrepreneurship, where they played a key role in building up the logistics process, implementing a CRM, and developing the concept of "Bierothek." After that, they had an internship at The Boston Consulting Group as a Visiting Associate and interned at Deutscher Bundestag as an Intern for Johannes Kahrs, MdB. Justus then worked as a Freelancer, taking on various projects, before becoming the Co-Founder & Commercial Director at Sensape GmbH, where they were responsible for product strategy, business development, sales, finance, and legal matters. Currently, they are the Director Product, Integrated Offerings at commercetools and was previously the Head of Strategy, Finance & Legal at Frontastic - a commercetools company.

Justus Nagel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Logistikmanagement from the European University of Applied Sciences, Brühl in 2013. In 2014, they enrolled in the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management in 2016. During their studies, they participated in an exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, focusing on Leadership & Communication, in 2015. Additionally, they completed an exchange semester in Doing Business in China at the Ocean University of China in 2013. Justus Nagel also holds a Start-Up CFO certification from RWTH Aachen University, although the specific obtaining month and year are unknown.
