Tobias Schlitt

Tobias Schlitt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Tobias is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at commercetools since 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Principal Developer at Frontastic from 2018 to 2021. Tobias also served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Frontastic from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Frontastic, Tobias worked as a Consultant, Trainer, and CEO at Qafoo GmbH from 2010 to 2019, where they provided expert consulting and training for web application development. Additionally, they co-founded and worked as a Software Engineer at FRONTASTIC GmbH i.G. in 2017. Earlier in their career, Tobias was the Owner of Schlitt IT Consulting from 2004 to 2010, where they worked as a software developer, architect, trainer, and author. Tobias also served as a System Developer at eZ Systems from 2005 to 2010 and as a Software Architect at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2004.

Tobias Schlitt completed their Abitur at Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium Dinslaken from 1990 to 2000. From 2005 to 2010, they pursued a Diploma in Computer Science at TU Dortmund.
