Teresa Smith, CIC, CRM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Teresa began their career in 2002 as the Managing Director at Hugh Parkey's Belize Adventures, where they worked until 2014. In 2011, they joined Commercial Insurance Solutions as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and continues to work there presently.

Teresa Smith, CIC, CRM pursued their education at the University of North Texas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2011.
