McKenzie Stout is an experienced professional in property management and customer service, currently serving as the Community Business Manager at Commercial Investment Properties since October 2016. In addition to this role, McKenzie contributes as a volunteer on the Lincoln Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Nebraska since February 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Commercial Investment Properties from October 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included securing lease agreements and presenting the community. McKenzie previously managed a store at Scooter's Coffee from May 2015 to August 2016, focusing on customer service, budget management, and staff oversight. McKenzie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeast Community College and a diploma from Lincoln Southwest.
