Ricky de Leon

Ricky De Leon currently serves as Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at Atwell, LLC, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Ricky held multiple positions at CPS Energy from February 2015, including Community Engagement Manager for the Energy2Business initiative, Supervisor of Customer Engineering, and General Designer 3 for Commercial Services. Ricky began a career at CPS Energy in 2001 as a Distribution Trainee after serving as a Lineman at Pike Corporation from June 2013 to February 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing installation and maintenance of various electrical systems. Ricky also completed a tenure with the United States Marine Corps from June 1997 to December 2004 as a Fire Team Leader and heavy machine gunner. Education includes training from Teex.
