Carlos Toste

Carlos Toste has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos began their career at Affiliated Computer Services in 2001 as a Financial Analyst, working there for five years.

In 2006, they joined CMC as a Finance Manager, where they oversaw financial operations until 2011. Carlos then transitioned to the role of Manager Financial Analysis, utilizing their expertise in financial analysis and reporting. A few years later, they were promoted to Operations Manager, responsible for managing daily operations.

Carlos further advanced their career at CMC, becoming the Area Manager for Operations & Sales in 2014. Carlos excelled in this role and subsequently took on the position of Director of Business Analysis in 2015. As the Director, they played a crucial role in analyzing business data and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Recognizing their strong business acumen, Carlos was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2021. In this role, they were responsible for identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

Currently, Carlos serves as the Senior Director of Business Performance at CMC, a role they assumed in 2023. As the Senior Director, they oversee the overall performance of the business, ensuring its success and profitability.

Throughout their career journey, Carlos has consistently demonstrated their ability to contribute to the growth and success of organizations through their expertise in finance, operations, analysis, and business development.

Carlos Toste holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Carlos also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas State University. Additionally, Carlos obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University - Newark.
