Chad Merwin is currently a Board Member at SecureAds, Inc., where Chad is involved in providing innovative marketing solutions using next-generation technology in the mobile and internet industry. Additionally, Chad works as a Business Consultant for Mobile Authentication Corporation and DynaPass Inc., focusing on mobile two-factor authentication solutions to enhance data system security. As a Co-Founder of Firefly Ventures Group, Chad has successfully raised funds for various technology companies and now manages its own RIA Brokerage ARM. With a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University, Chad has extensive experience in the technology and real estate industries.
