Andrew Kosko

Andrew Kosko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew began their career as a Retail Store Manager at Pass Pets in 1998, where they managed staff, scheduled work, and oversaw inventory. In 2003, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, handling inbound calls and resolving customer issues.

In 2004, Andrew joined AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives. Andrew later transitioned to the role of Sr. Training Manager, where they became a subject matter expert in conducting training programs and implementing learning curricula. Andrew left AT&T in 2015.

Andrew then worked at Safelite AutoGlass as a Technician/Customer Advocate/Dispatcher, managing technicians' activities and maintaining clear communications to ensure job completion. Andrew joined OhioHealth in 2018, initially as an IT Vulnerability & Remediation Technician, responsible for new machine builds and software installations. Andrew also participated in the Win7 to Win10 migration process. Andrew later became an IT Device Deployment Technician, deploying devices and managing hardware and software solutions.

In 2019, Andrew held two roles concurrently. At Columbus Metropolitan Library, they worked as an IT Service Desk Specialist, providing technical support and resolving complex incidents. At Ascena Retail Group, they were a Client Technology Analyst, handling technical issues, managing project schedules, and maintaining a healthy team environment.

Most recently, Andrew worked at OhioHealth as a Sr. IS Support Technician, where they played a significant role in the migration to Win10 and the integration of projects. Andrew also coordinated closely with teams and deployed numerous devices in a Microsoft environment. Currently, they are employed as an IT Specialist at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc.

Andrew Kosko graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1996 with a diploma in General Studies. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Accelerated Learning from The Center for Accelerated Training. In 2019, they obtained a Google IT professional certification from Coursera.
