Darrell Gehrt

Darrell Gehrt is currently an advisor at CommercialTribe. Darrell has also been a managing director at Parature, where they were responsible for customer self-service, increasing customer retention, and reducing the cost of support. In addition, they co-founded The Service Source, LLC, and was responsible for building out the initial sales team and opening two additional sales offices. The Service Source was successfully sold in January of 2001.

Darrell Gehrt is an accounting information systems professor at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
