Edward Chaplain

Edward Chaplain has held a number of different roles in the business industry since 1989. Edward's career began with a Medical Specialist role in the US Army, where they served until receiving an honorable discharge following service in Desert Storm. Edward then joined Fleetline, Inc. in 1996 as a User Support Specialist, where they were the primary contact and coordinator of software and hardware support to end users. In 1998, they joined J.P. Morgan as an Application Systems Analyst, where they oversaw all Remedy ARS roles and security and developed in-house Remedy tools. Edward then held roles as an Application Development Analyst and Application Development Analyst Lead, before leaving in 2016 to join Cherokee Nation Businesses as a Business Analyst. At Cherokee Nation Businesses, they facilitated business partner and product owner discussions to elicit requirements for multiple application tools. In 2020, they joined Ace Info Solutions LLC - EAS-USDA as a Senior Business System Analyst, and in 2022 they joined Commercium Bank as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Assistant.

Edward Chaplain has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2022.
