Nickie Bouwer CA(SA), CFA, currently serves as the Director and Global Head of Transaction & Change Management for Asset Finance products at Commerzbank AG, a position held since May 2008. Bouwer has previously led transaction support and change management teams for the Asset Finance business outside Germany and has managed divisional controlling for Credit Portfolio Management and Global Structured Capital Markets. Prior experience includes Vice President roles overseeing divisional controlling for Credit Portfolio Management and leading product control teams in London. Earlier career experience includes auditing for SPVs at Deloitte from January 2005 to December 2007. Bouwer holds a BCom in Accounting Science with Honours from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
