Richard Elford

Richard Elford currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at The Menu Partners since August 2025. Previously, Richard held the role of Group HR Director (UK & Europe) at The Whittan Group from May 2021 to August 2025, overseeing a team responsible for delivering the Group People agenda in a multi-site manufacturing context. Other significant positions include Head of HR at Kuehne+Nagel for KN Drinks Logistics, where Richard managed HR across approximately 26 sites, and Head of Human Resources at Essentra, leading a national HR team across 16 sites. Richard has also worked in various HR leadership roles at OCS Group UK, City Link, and Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust, beginning a career in HR as an Advisor at BrightHouse and Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres. Richard holds a CIPD qualification and has completed education at Oxford & Cherwell College and Reading College.
