Lucy Cradden

Lucy Cradden is currently working as an Energy Policy Specialist at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU). Before this, Lucy held roles as a Senior Analyst at CRU, a Research Project Manager at the National Centre for Geocomputation, and a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in Energy Systems at University College Dublin. Lucy's research focuses on Irish wind power, electricity demand, and weather patterns during extreme conditions. Lucy has also held positions at the University of Edinburgh School of Engineering, where Lucy conducted analysis of meteorological and oceanographic data for ocean energy platform design. Lucy holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin.
