Paul Nagle has extensive experience in the engineering and regulatory fields, currently serving as a Regulatory Manager at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Paul Nagle worked at Shell for over 14 years in various capacities, including Front End Development Manager and Lead Concept Engineer, starting as a Graduate Process Engineer. Before joining Shell, Paul Nagle gained early experience as an Undergraduate Process Engineer at Chevron. Academically, Paul Nagle holds a Master of Technology in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin.
