Alfred Miller is an experienced professional with a robust background in law enforcement, emergency management, and education. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since February 2019, Alfred oversees the Missing Kids Readiness Program and provides training to law enforcement and child-serving professionals. As an Assessment Team Leader for CALEA since July 1996, Alfred conducts assessments for law enforcement agencies seeking accreditation. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and Northern Virginia Community College, where Alfred taught various emergency management and criminal justice courses. With over 40 years of service as Police Captain in Prince William County, Alfred has extensive experience in criminal investigations and operational support.
