Vincent L. currently serves as Chief of Operations at the Denver Sheriff Department since October 2020 and is also a member of the Customer Experience Advisory Committee at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder since June 2021. Vincent has extensive experience in law enforcement, having held the position of Vice Chairman at the Arapahoe County E911 Telephone Service Authority and Board Chairman at the Colorado Information Sharing Consortium until October 2020. A former Bureau Chief at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office for nearly two decades, Vincent oversaw multiple bureaus, ensuring the agency maintained significant accreditations. In addition, Vincent has served as an Assessor and Team Leader for CALEA, conducting assessments across various agency sizes. Educationally, Vincent holds a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Education from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and completed multiple leadership programs in public safety, including training from the FBI National Academy and Northwestern University.
