Ross Greene

Ross Greene is an experienced marketing and technical support professional with a diverse background in onboarding, training, and customer service. Currently serving as Marketing Director at CINC since November 2018, Ross has also held roles such as Training Specialist and Implementation Manager, focusing on user education and maximizing platform potential. Ross's prior experience includes positions as Technical Support Analyst at MailChimp, where effective support for developers contributed to significant revenue maintenance, and as Technical Support Specialist at Georgia MLS, providing desktop support for over 25,000 members.
