Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at TikTok, specializing in risk systems and fraud detection. Jericha also served as a Technical Recruiter at Coit Group - A Hudson RPO Company, where they built winning teams for high-growth companies. In addition, they have experience as a Technical Recruitment Lead at Tundra Technical Solutions and Meta, where they mentored junior recruiters and handled end-to-end recruitment processes. Before focusing on technical recruitment, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Terramera and held the role of Office Manager & Recruiter. Jericha started their career as a Sales Development Representative at EasyMarkit and also worked as a Bartender and Shift Leader at Earls Kitchen + Bar.
