Scott Hulgan

Scott Hulgan is an Attorney in Charge at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, representing juveniles in criminal and civil matters. Prior to this, Scott worked as an Assistant Public Defender at both the Fairfax and Richmond Offices, handling adult and juvenile cases. Scott also interned at the United States Department of State. Scott holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University.
