The Research and Advocacy Team at the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) is responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into press freedom violations worldwide, analyzing and disseminating critical data about threats to journalists. They advocate for policy changes, raise awareness, and coordinate campaigns to protect journalists facing repression, while collaborating with international stakeholders to promote safe reporting environments. Additionally, team members focus on region-specific issues, ensuring that the diverse challenges faced by journalists globally are addressed effectively.
