Jesse Riley has extensive experience in IT support, helpdesk support, and applications support roles. Currently working as a QA/Documentation Engineer at Common Cents Solutions Inc, Jesse has also previously worked as an Account Manager/Training Coordinator and IT Support Analyst in various companies. Jesse's responsibilities have included technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and various peripherals, as well as installation and setup of software and hardware.
