Nicholas Debenedictis

Nicholas DeBenedictis is a seasoned professional in post-harvest operations with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. Currently serving as Post-Harvest Captain at Common Citizen since February 2022, Nicholas previously held various roles at Curaleaf, including Post-Harvest Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Compliance Manager, where key responsibilities included managing staff, overseeing product transfers, and ensuring regulatory compliance during facility expansions. Prior experience includes serving as Harvest Manager and Administrative Assistant at Energy Control, as well as working as a Pipefitter. Nicholas holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Full Sail University and has a foundational education from Northampton Community College.
