Ryan Martin has gained diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Guest Information Associate for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. From 2014 to 2018, they held roles at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, progressively moving up from Guest Service Associate to VIP Services & Concierge Supervisor. In 2018, Ryan joined The Walt Disney Company, where they worked as a Sales Advisor, Services & Solutions Specialist, and Quality Control Specialist. Ryan then transitioned to VITALIZE Venture Capital in 2022 as an Angel Investor. In the same year, they also worked as a Scout at Enduring Planet and as an Impact Partner at Raise Green. Currently, Ryan is employed at Common Energy, starting in 2022 as a Sales Validation Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Manager, Customer Success in April 2023.

Ryan Martin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Valencia College. Ryan started their degree program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Business Specialist from Valencia College, which they completed in 2022. Ryan is also pursuing a Certificate in Operations Support & Services from the same institution, with an expected completion date after 2022.

Prior to attending Valencia College, Ryan Martin obtained a Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2020.

Furthermore, Ryan Martin has achieved several additional certifications. Ryan became a Climate Reality Leader through The Climate Reality Project in August 2020. In May 2018, they obtained the Accredited Travel Agent certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Additionally, Ryan Martin has expressed interest in obtaining the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, but it is unclear whether they have completed this certification at present.
