Tim Berthold serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Common Good Agency, leading creative and media teams for top CPG clients in the natural channel since January 2023. With a strong background in business strategy, Tim has previously driven significant growth for various E-commerce brands and co-founded Renzo's® Vitamins for Kids, successfully scaling the brand to over $15M. Tim's experience includes chief marketing roles at Solara Labs, where three nutraceutical brands were scaled to a total of over $40M, and ChromaDex, where Tim in-licensed intellectual property for a key ingredient. Educational achievements include an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Prior military service as a Nuclear Submarine Officer adds to Tim's diverse skill set in leadership and strategic planning across several industries.
