Jessica Kottwitz

Jessica Kottwitz has extensive experience in healthcare administration and operations, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative since June 2019, where responsibilities include oversight of administrative insurance operations and strategic planning execution. Prior to this role, Jessica held multiple senior positions at WPS Health Solutions from 2014 to 2019, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Payer Technology Solutions, leading large teams and managing enterprise quality assurance programs. Jessica began work at WPS Health Insurance in 2007, serving as Implementation Director and Director of Commercial Operations, overseeing substantial teams and various operational functions. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, graduating in 1990.
