Lori Hellenbrand, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Inclusa, leading a team in talent acquisition, retention, and total rewards. Lori also worked as the Director of HR Strategy and Planning at Quartz Health Solutions, where they transitioned HR to a strategic, partnering model. Additionally, Lori served as the Global Health & Safety Director at Genus, overseeing occupational health and safety strategies across multiple countries. Lori began their career as an HR & D Specialist at Genus and later worked as a Facility Operations Supervisor at ABS Global, where they provided operational support and implemented security measures. Overall, Lori has expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Lori Hellenbrand, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Associates degree from Madison Area Technical College from 1997 to 1998. In 2012, they completed a Masters Certificate in Project Management from UW Executive Education. In terms of additional certifications, Lori obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in June 2015. Lori also obtained the Predictive Index Analyst certification from WIPFLI and PI Worldwide in September 2008. In October 2016, Lori obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from Wiley, and in March 2016, they became a Certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci.
