Juanita Russell is the SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Common Securitization Solutions since August 2020. Prior to this, Juanita was the CFO Consultant at Northstar Financial Consulting Group. With a background in finance and accounting, Juanita has held key leadership positions at MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. Juanita played a vital role in the successful sale of the company to Intercontinental Exchange and increased capital by 400% during their tenure. Juanita is also a Founding Member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders and effecting change at the top level. Juanita holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
