Kieran McShane

Kieran McShane, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kieran is currently serving as the Director - Enterprise Risk Management at Common Securitization Solutions since October 2022. Ealier, they worked as the Manager - Enterprise Risk Management in the same company from August 2020 to October 2022.

Prior to their tenure at Common Securitization Solutions, Kieran worked at Cenlar FSB where they held various positions. From April 2019 to August 2020, they served as the ERM - Third Party Risk Governance - Program Manager, where they built and maintained a Third Party Risk Program. Kieran was responsible for providing oversight and governance of the full third party/supplier life-cycle, reporting metrics to senior management, conducting risk/control assessments, and developing vendor business continuity plans.

From April 2018 to April 2019, Kieran worked as a Business Control Management professional at Cenlar FSB, managing the issue remediation process for multiple business functions. Kieran performed root-cause analyses, developed corrective action plans, and recommended process improvements/control enhancements.

In addition, Kieran also served in the Operational Risk Management - Risk and Control Self-Assessment role at Cenlar FSB from December 2016 to April 2018. Furthermore, they participated in a Leadership Development Program from June 2015 to December 2016, gaining exposure to critical business areas such as compliance, internal audit, financial planning/analysis, treasury, bank operations, client relations, and project management.

Before their time at Cenlar FSB, Kieran worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from May 2014 to January 2015.

Kieran McShane obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance & Marketing from The College of New Jersey in the years 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rider University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their university education, Kieran McShane completed their high school education at Bernards High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2018 and Accredited Mortgage Professional from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2017.
