Anna Abgaryan organizes, plans, and monitors CSA Research’s customer support department, working closely with all areas of the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. Anna is involved in hiring, orienting, and training the customer experience team. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies designed to improve customer relationships, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Anna joined the company in 2011 as a business development manager for international markets, focusing on new business. In 2013, she moved into client service, expanding her role to direct both client service and account management for CSA Research’s international client base.
Before CSA Research, Anna was with LISA (the Localization Industry Standards Association), progressing from event manager assistant to director of operations. In those roles she managed the administrative back office, organized international conferences worldwide, and oversaw LISA membership services. Prior to that she worked as a teacher, interpreter, and translator at the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University in Russia.
Anna graduated with honors from Moscow University of Human Science in Krasnodar, South Russia, with a specialist degree in linguistics and cross-cultural communication.
