Beth Sears

Beth is a purpose-driven leader with a proven track record of advancing equity-focused organizations through unique fundraising initiatives. She excels at gathering information widely, intuiting unexpected connections, and executing the most promising ideas.

At the National Immigration Forum, Beth led the strategic partnerships team in marketing and securing the funds needed to advocate for the value of immigrants and immigration to the nation. At NewSchools Venture Fund she structured a large-scale fundraising campaign to help the organization invest in education entrepreneurs transforming public education. She also brings private sector experience as a former V.P. at J.P. Morgan and as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse working in New York and London for both companies.

Beth earned an MFA in Creative Writing/Editing at the University of Canberra while living in Australia with her family for six years. She continues to chip away at a novel in her spare time with a group of professional writers. She is Co-head Class Agent for her alma mater, Mount Holyoke College.
