Orchid Bertelsen

Orchid Bertelsen has a wealth of professional experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Orchid began their career as a Congressional Intern in the United States Senate in 2002. In 2004, they were a Major Gifts Intern at EMILY's List, followed by a position as an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in 2005. From 2008 to 2012, they held multiple roles at FTI Consulting, including Consultant, Creative Engagement Group, Corporate Digital Marketing Associate, and Corporate Marketing Assistant. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Account Director and Account Supervisor at Dentsu Creative. From 2015 to 2021, they were Head of Consumer Experience (CX) Strategy & Innovation at Nestl\u00e9 USA, as well as Digital Innovation Lead and Digital Marketing Manager at the company's Digital Center of Excellence. In 2021, Orchid Bertelsen became an Advisor at Govalo, and in 2021 they became Chief Operating Officer at Common Thread Collective. Orchid is currently a Founding Member at ON_Discourse and a Board Member at The Creative Ladder.
