Rachael Goddard

Rachael Goddard is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at Common Threads since February 2023 and a Kitchen Supervisor at Marriott Hotels since August 2022, Rachael has also held positions such as General Manager and Executive Chef at Molly Brannigans Irish Pub & Restaurant, where management and culinary skills were demonstrated in an urban setting. Previous experience includes significant roles at Seven Springs Mountain Resort as Executive Pastry Chef/Executive Sous Chef overseeing multiple retail outlets, and as Executive Pastry Chef at Little America Salt Lake City and Snow Basin Resort. Rachael's career began as a baker and lead baker at different establishments, culminating in a robust culinary foundation that is supplemented by education from the University of Iowa and Birthingway College of Midwifery.
