Jessica Lazo

Jessica Lazo has a diverse work experience in the accounting and property management field. Jessica started their career in 2014 as a Commercial Property Administrator at Neck Road One Realty/ Segbro Companies, where they worked until 2017. Jessica then joined Thylan as a Senior Accountant from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been associated with Common, where they have held various roles including Senior Accountant, Property Accounting Supervisor, Corporate Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and currently, Corporate Controller. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong understanding of accounting principles and has progressively taken on more responsible roles.

Jessica Lazo earned their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting from Hudson County Community College between 2015 and 2017. Jessica then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting at New Jersey City University from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Office Specialist in December 2017.
