Shameeka Hines

Shameeka Hines has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Shameeka started their career in 2008 as a Property Accountant at Colliers International, where they worked for 10 years. In 2018, they held the role of Senior Property Accountant at CF Real Estate Services LLC for a few months before transitioning to becoming an Accounting Manager at FirstKey Homes. Shameeka founded their own company, Budget Books and Brains, in August 2018. Shameeka later worked as a Senior Accountant at The Benoit Group, LLC from September 2020 to March 2021. Shameeka then joined Avison Young as a Senior Accountant in January 2022, leaving in February 2023. Currently, they hold a position as a Senior Property Accountant at MRI Software, starting in January 2023.

Shameeka Hines attended Clayton State University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Accountancy degree in Accounting at the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2017.
