Andrew Babula

Andrew Babula is currently the Director of the Real Estate Program at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions such as Associate Vice President of Brokerage Services at CommonBond Communities, Advisor of Development and Transactions at Varro Real Estate / ASSEMBLY, and Senior Vice President at JLL. With a background in real estate planning, acquisitions, and development, Andrew has extensive experience in leading various projects, managing real estate portfolios, and advising clients on real estate strategies. Andrew holds an MBA in Real Estate and Strategy from Yale School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
