Kristen Marrone

Kristen Marrone has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Kristen is currently working as an Operations Manager at SQS | Square Settlements since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Post-Closing Manager and Conveyancing Manager at the same company, from August 2021 to January 2023 and from March 2020 to January 2023, respectively. Kristen also worked as a Conveyancer at Compass from November 2018 to March 2020.

Before that, they served as a Settlement Officer at Keystone Title Services from August 2016 to October 2018, where they effectively communicated with various stakeholders involved in the closing process, gathered necessary information for settlements, and completed deed packages.

Kristen's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Support Administrator at Coldwell Banker Preferred from July 2014 to August 2016, where they processed escrow deposits, audited closed transactions, and handled agent commissions. Kristen started their career at Fulton Bank of New Jersey, initially working as a Teller from September 2006 to June 2010, then as a Customer Service Representative from June 2010 to July 2012, and later as a Teller Manager from September 2012 to July 2014. Lastly, they worked at Commerce Bank as a Weekend Teller Supervisor from October 2004 to August 2006 and as a Teller from October 2003 to October 2004.

Kristen Marrone completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Camden from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Rowan College at Gloucester County between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kristen obtained a certification as a Qualia Certified User from Qualia in November 2022.
