Noam Barlev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Noam started their career as a Combat Soldier and Radioman of the Company Commander in the Duvdevan Elite Counter Terrorism unit of the IDF from August 2007 to July 2010. Noam then transitioned into the corporate world, working as a Project Manager at Tefen Management Consulting from July 2015 to June 2017. In this role, Noam successfully executed projects for leading firms across different industries, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for solutions.

Following this, they joined Intel Corporation as a Project Manager in June 2017 and continued in this role until May 2020. During their tenure, they planned, developed, and managed projects, coordinating cross-company efforts and monitoring progress, risks, and resources.

In May 2020, Noam joined Kaltura as an R&D Delivery Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of two R&D groups comprising around 50 individuals. Noam excelled in planning, executing, and facilitating internal communication, Agile rituals, and overall delivery. Noam played a pivotal role in driving teams from the planning phase to the final release, defining release scope, resources, and schedules.

Their most recent position is at CommonGround-AI, where they serve as an R&D Technical Program Manager since May 2022. In this role, Noam is responsible for facilitating the planning and execution of the company's product roadmap development. Noam leads the development life cycle across different departments, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Noam works closely with researchers, engineers, developers, and other teams to manage development timelines, integration, and releases. Noam actively manages daily issues and risks, provides program status updates and communicates mitigation plans to upper management. Additionally, they are a member of the R&D leadership team, reporting to the VP R&D.

Noam Barlev holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which was obtained between the years 2018 and 2019. Prior to this, Noam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same university, completing the program between 2012 and 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Noam Barlev has obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in December 2020.
