Martha Carscadden

Martha Carscadden currently serves as the Director of People at commonsku and has been instrumental in spearheading changes within the promotional products industry. Previously, she held roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Diligent and Employee Experience Manager at Galvanize, where she played a vital role in talent mobilization and fostering growth and development. Martha has also been involved in the HR field through volunteer work at HR Tech Group. She holds a BA in English Literature and Women's and Gender Studies from The University of British Columbia and a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University.
