Aleena Barnhart

Aleena Barnhart, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the System Manager of Navigation and Program Development at CommonSpirit Health since February 2019, previously holding the position of HR Employee Navigator. Prior experience includes serving as HRSC Employee Navigator and HR Consultant at Dignity Health, where responsibilities involved addressing complex employee benefit and leave inquiries and supporting HR initiatives. Aleena has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at GlobalTranz, a Benefits Representative at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, and has held HR-related roles at Caris Life Sciences, The International Genomics Consortium, Molecular Profiling Institute, and Arizona Title Agency. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University West.
