Alison Lungstrum MacNeill

Alison Lungstrum Macneill currently serves as the System Director and Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Macneill was a shareholder at Campbell Litigation, P.C., from February 2017 to April 2022, focusing on defending employers against various legal claims, including sexual harassment and discrimination, as well as wage claims under labor laws. Additional experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Jones Walker LLP and as an associate at Ogletree Deakins and Polsinelli, with early career work as a paralegal at Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason Anello & Bohrer. Macneill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Kansas.
