Anthony Carter

Anthony Carter has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles within the contact center and HR sectors. Currently serving as System Director for the EmployeeCentral Contact Center and LOA Intake at CommonSpirit Health since September 2014, Anthony has also held previous positions such as Support Center Manager and HR Shared Services Supervisor. In these roles, responsibilities have included analyzing performance trends, implementing quality measures, and driving process improvements. Prior to CommonSpirit Health, Anthony worked at Omnicare Inc. as a Supervisor, where new quality systems were developed and evaluations conducted. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Convergys, overseeing staffing strategies and managing significant revenue-generating programs. Anthony holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
